Adding link to packing slip PDF to staff order notification email

When my store receives an order, the staff Order Notification goes out to our warehouse. I want the email to have the packing slip attached, to make it easy for them to fulfill and put the slip into the box.

About a year ago, I added some code to the template for the Staff Order Notification email:

This has been working up until today. I don’t know why, but now it doesn’t work. The link goes to a PDF that simply says “ORDER NOT FOUND. Something went wrong and we could not generate your document.”

Would anyone know how to add a link to Order Notification email that goes to the packing slip PDF?

Does that link location go to an app’s server? If yes I would contact them, maybe they changed the format of the url naming.

If you prefer to attach the PDF to the notification instead of including a link in the email, you could use Order Automator to customizable PDF packing slips to any address.

I would first try to identify what app is controlling that link and share with them the broken url (the one you got in the email).

I have the same problem. This week PDF invoice downloading from Order Confirmation just stop working.
