Adding Marquee section but with Logos and Text Under them

Hi there,

I would like to add a custom marquee section to my website but instead of only text, I would like it to contain logos and text under each of them.

One good example of what I have in mind is the website BlendJet. https://blendjet.com/

I would appreciate the help.
