I need help adding more than one product under each drop down menu. I can only add one and can’t seem to add another. Help will be much appreciated. Theres nothing on the website that helps with this as i have looked multiple times.

Great question! Can I ask which theme you’re using? The reason I’m asking is because some themes might only allow one. I’d recommend checking out the Shopify help guide on setting up drop-down menus to see if it helps you with this. You can also take a look at the Shopify theme store to see if there are any more themes which can have more than one product per drop-down that you like.
The other way you could approach this is via an app from the Shopify app store. There are several drop down apps which can do what you want (a lot of them have free plans which make it easy to play around with) lets take a look at them below:
