This is possible to achieve this with product metafields. You can create File type metafields for each resource such as specification_sheet, in_the_box, assembly_video, usuage_video etc.
You can upload files in respective metafields of each product pages.
If you are using any online store 2.0 theme, then you can display these metafields on product pages via theme editor itself. However, this will be a very simplest form (just links).
