I am working on a solution for my company as Shopify finds a permanent fix for not being able to send gift cards to recipients. I have created a product to mimic the gift cards and have automated notifications to be sent to our Customer Service rep to send the GC after the order has been placed. My plan is to assign a new product template to this product that will show an order note box that customers can provide the recipient’s e-mail address. Can anyone please assist in adding this feature to the product template?
