Adding quantity selector buttons to cart on mobile phone

Hi.

I use the Narrative theme and I have noticed that my customers are struggling to adjust the quantity in their shopping cart on phone devices. The cart shows quantity selectors on laptops but NOT on mobile devices. So, the quantity must be changed manually by typing. How do I add +/- buttons here?

This can be done by custom coding with liquid and some js code.
