Adding Radio Buttons to DAWN product page

Hello I would like to add a couple of radio buttons to my product page under the style option of my products (which is a default feature in DAWN)

Basically, I’m selling candles and with every candle order i want to send 3 small testers to my buyer and i would like them to select 3 fragrance options from all the fragrances that i have to offer.

So i would basically like to add a line e.g

we are offering free candle testers with this order choose at least 3 fragrances that you would like to try from the list below.

(radio button) Fragrance 1

(radio button) Fragrance 2

(radio button) Fragrance 3

(radio button) Fragrance 4

(radio button) Fragrance 5

also i would like this feature to be mandatory so that if the buyer doesn’t choose anything they need to be prompted that they must select the tester from the list

it can be added by the Customization of Shopify theme, you need to hire a developer,
to execute this,
