Has anyone done this: added social buttons on their supply theme home page?
From your Store Admin, go to Online Store → Themes → Theme Actions → Edit Code.
In the online code editor, open sections/header.liquid file.
Search the following line in the file:

A second option is to copy and paste your social media links directly within the Social Media section of your theme editor. This can be done by navigating to your Shopify admin, Online Store > Themes > Customize section, select Theme Settings > Social Media and inputting the social media links. Once these social media handles are linked they will open up in a new tab.
