Adding sold out button or text to product images on the collections page

Hello,

I’m using minimal theme, and I can’t work out how to get a sold out image on to the main image from the collections page so that the shopper doesn’t have to click through to see it is sold out.

I’ve seen other websites with this activated so would be helpful to know how I do that or where I need to adjust the code.

Sorry I don’t know what you are asking me. It is the Minimal theme. I have seen “sold out” on shopify product images on collection pages across multiple shopify websites but I cannot know what theme they are.

I am asking if making this happen is possible, and how to do it?
