Adding Store Address to Email Notification

I’m trying to add the store’s physical address on email notifications but outside of just flat out adding it to the template I don’t see a way to add it with the proper format, looking at the variables documentation doesn’t seem like there’s a variable for it, is it possible to add custom variables?
