Adding Store Address to Header Venture Theme

Hi All,

I want to add my stores address to the heading theme next to our phone number. I have attached an image below of where we would like it positioned.
We would love for it to show just our address but be a hyperlink that gives people this link

Can we get it moved further right so it looks more in sync with the rest of the header.

Are we able to remove this now for mobile and tablet devices
With the growth of our website and adding more content to it. We’ve now realised it would be best for us not to have it on our mobile and tablet based pages.
