Adding text description to the copyright link in footer.liquid Debut theme

I am trying to add a text description to to the copyright link in the footer on my Debut theme.

There is no way that I see to add this in the GUI interface.

I see no check box for this link in the footer menu. Only the social links. There is a checkbox for payment options.
