Is there a way to add Text to certain products only? Basically, if I add a text box underneath the product heading, it will be added to every product, but can it be coded to only be added to certain products?

Just simply create a separate product template and make changes in those template and then apply that template onto the product where you want the heading to appear below the product title and then it will be only applied onto selected products which you choose.

Yes, we can do this by using tags. For products where the tag “BLACK FRIDAY PROMOTION” is added, the text will be displayed, and for products without this tag, the text will not appear.
