Adding Text to Header on Dawn Theme

Hi I’ve been trying out different answers found here but none of them are working for me

I’m looking to add a line of text (FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING - 30 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE) within my existing header on the dawn theme - centered in the middle.

In theme.liquid I do not have the tag which is what people keep posting to add code in front of

Can some one please help?
