Adding "Theme Settings" to the bottom of a block in customizer

Hello everyone,

I have been developing a page for my client and I would like everything to be customizable in the customizer. As I added pictures below, I would like to include a “Theme Setting” section to the bottom of my block. How is it possible? Any document links or clear explanation would be appreciated!
