Adding two buttons to a Collections image

I’m wanting to add two (2) buttons directly under each of my “Collections” images on my home page. Currently, only a single text link exists.

I would like them to be customizable in terms of text, text color, and button color.

If the above is not possible, can I add two (2) buttons to each of a multicolumn?

Shopify does not allow the letters C B and D on a community post, so I embedded the website in the image…
