Adding variants breaks add to cart/buy now buttons

Hi there,

Similar to other shops, we’re running into a problem where adding any kind of variant to a product page then breaks the ability to add to cart/check-out.

There must be a conflict somewhere but I haven’t been able to find it. Please help! Pic attached for reference:

Hi @RBM1 welcome to the Shopify Community,

I guess there are some JS code errors in the browser console when you change the variants, If you recently updated the code please revert that.

Thanks for pointing that out. We found there was 1x change in code which we have reverted back, but still getting the same issue so the error must have come from much earlier in the development pipeline maybe? Any other solutions that you could offer that I can explore would be much appreciated.

you can see your old theme backups for the diagnose you recently changed in the latest version.
