I complete the information and it is still there.. WTH else am I supposed to do? I have this website for years and this is the first issue. It says it will hold payment until resolved.

If you have already submitted the additional details requested, it can generally take up to 72 hours for the appropriate team to get in touch with you. You should receive email communication from our team so ensure you also check your Spam folder.
If it has been longer than 72 hours, I would recommend reaching out to our Support Advisors on live chat or callbacks so they can look into this for you and escalate it through if necessary.
