The drop down bar is too low and I can’t figure out how to make it higher. Any solutions?

Go to Assets > bitcode.style.scss.liquid and paste this at the bottom of the file:
.navigation .navbar .navbar-collapse .main-nav>li.dropdown>.dropdown-menu {
top: 65% !important;
}
