Adjust the "Brand" term in filters/facets

Hi,

As I am told by the Shopify support, you can’t adjust the “Brand” term, found in the filters/facets in collections/search results etc, manually through the Translate & Adapt app, I thought I would ask the question here in the community.

Is there a way to actually adjust this term without the Shopify Experts help?

It is automatically translated to the swedish term “Varumärke”, but because we sell books, I would like the term “Förlag” (publisher).

Hoping for an answer.

May I suggest to update code these steps:

  1. Go to Store Online-> theme → Edit default theme content

  1. Search brand keyword on search bar

  1. Enter your text here → save

  2. If you would like to update text for each vendor after that you can update in each product.
