Adjusting inventory available based on delivery day selected by customer

Hi,

I am looking to setup the following customer flow

  1. Customer selects desired delivery date

  2. A curated list of products that will be available on that day are shown

We are an online farmers market. Different products will be available based on the harvest date for each farmer we work with. Is there any way to adjust inventory based on selected delivery day?

e.g. Monday - 0, Tuesday - 5, Wednesday - 0, Thursday - 10, Friday - 15

How would this be setup? Are there any apps that enable this?

I’m not sure for the app but we can do similar setup with metafields.
