Admin and Site taken down for multiple stores, atrocious customer support bot UX, ongoing paid plans

In the past 2 weeks I’ve had 7 DIFFERENT stores I had to keep remaking because the Admin and Website gets taken down for NO REASON. I say no reason, because there are no emails SENT and everytime I try to reach custom support chat it’s always (escalated this… email you soon.. please wait…) the usual practice.

I did receive one email from risk-management asking me for credentials which I replied to at the very first 10minutes of receiving that email and I’ve had no reply since 5 days ago.

By the way your Customer Support AI is atrocious - the setup is horrendous, there’s no known keywords to break the question loop, you have to either guess when it’ll trigger the “Customer Support Chat” button which is probably triggered when an actual agent is available, but it’s laughable that this has to be guessed.

The stores taken down have legitimate business numbers, bank accounts, even custom paid creatives, APP subscriptions and SHOPIFY subscriptions in which I swear to god gets paused or cancelled after they take the access to admin down.

This morning my 8th store got taken down - no email.
RIght now I’m making my 9th store, I don’t even know why

I understand where you are coming from. You might want to check out Shopify Terms of Service or Shopify Acceptable Use Policy to double check if there might be parts of your store or account that might be violated the Shopify terms which may cause to account closure. If none, I know it is not ideal though, the best course of action as of now, is to have an open communication with Shopify support team to monitor your account status with them and keep an eye out to your email, spam, and junk mails just in case someone from their team reached out to you via email.
