Admin Backend Search Function Not Working from Order Screen

On the Admin back end, we have lost the ability to search a Customer Name + Product in the Orders screen. This would allow us to filter, for example, all Judy Blue jeans that Customer XX has purchased by searching “Customer Name + Judy Blue” without clicking on every single order that the customer has ever made.

I’ve spent time on chats twice now, and both have been “escalated,” but no fix in sight.

This does not work. I would have to know the name of the product, otherwise it pulls up 100+ names of Judy Blue jeans (I could manually select each one) but this takes forever. It’s a big downgrade from being able to simply search the customer name + vendor name in the order screen in the past.
