Hi. I’m new. Please help me find the best app (my cost being the biggest selection factor) for
digital (ebook and audiobook) and
physical (perfect-bound paperback & case laminate hardcover print on demand) if the margin is significantly better than at KDP & Ingram.
The audiobook has 20 files averaging about 80 megs each (not zipped) for roughly 1.6 gigs. As for the ebook, I’d like to sell ePub, Mobi, and pdf, the pdf is likely to be password protected. I will also sell story pairs and single stories in the same formats as the ebook.
