So Shopify closed my account and I did nothing wrong. I submitted the appeal and have been told they will get back to me very soon. still i receive no reply and i have more then 15 open orders needed to fulfill and customers start to ask questions why the website is not working. (One of them already open a dispute with the bank)
I have been a loyal customer for 4 years and now Shopify closed my account without a warning and left my customers without any explanation !! I need to access the shopify admin panel right now. There are thousands of customers waiting for me !!!
Please do something ?? what should i do ?? i can not access the admin panel and i have more then 15 open orders and thousands of customers
I have been a loyal customer for 4 years with more than 2000 orders. This is just not right !
at least they must give me access to the admin page so i can cancel these open orders or contact the customers. This is just terrible !! Yesterday Morning i received this email from shopify that my account has been closed. and if i think there is an error you need to submit the appeal which i did fast
i tried to do anything just to get my account back or to login the admin panel because i’m sure 1000000% i did not violet the shopify term and policy (i have read these terms 100 times)
4 days ago my email was hacked and my shopify account has been accessed from someone else , so the person who login to my account did something wrong and caused the closed of my account
i checked my Active product and there is nothing Forbidden. I just need the Shopify team to get back to me ASAP. I can not wait any longer because I have open orders and customers who start to ask me why the store is closed and what happened to the orders ?
and yes because i have no access to anything in my store , I can not reply to customers , I can not check orders , I can not fulfill orders , i cant send the customers the tracking numbers
I really just need someone to look into my account and check my appeal and do something !! 2 days ago they told me they are already working on it and they will get back to me very soon. 2 day later no one get back to me and they just left me stuck with my customers and my orders
