After adding debit card to make a plan payment to my store shows currently unavailable

After adding debit card to make a Billing & Plans payment to my store it shows me store is currently unavailable.

What can I do?

In this situation your best next step will be to check your account owner email inbox/spam to see if a message was sent by our business operations team about your account. If you do not see any email, you will instead want to reach out to our live support or reply back to your most recent billing email requesting more information about what has happened.
