To provide the best advice possible it would be helpful if you could tell us more about the situation:

  • What theme do you use?
  • Did you edit theme code manually recently?
  • Do you have any custom page builder or product page customizer apps?

Also, feel free to share your store URL, so we can try to replicate the issue and look into it further.

In most cases, the cause for this issue is a customized theme code or an app that may interfere with your theme. The best way to establish if it’s theme related problem is to install a new version of your theme or another theme and then see if it happens to it too. If the new theme doesn’t have this problem, your current theme will need a revision. Please let me know what happens when you try to replicate the issue on a different theme.
