When I was developing a store a few days ago, I mistakenly Transfer ownership to an error email account.
After that, I contacted the user of this email address and transfer back to my Shopify account again.
However, the store owner shown in the backend of the store is still err email account, and I do not have the store owner rights.
However, the store no longer exists in the Shopify account of err email account. This is very strange.

Sounds like the ownership transfer didn’t fully go through even though the other person tried to send it back. If the store’s no longer in their account but you’re still not listed as the owner, something likely glitched during the transfer.
At this point, only Shopify Support can fix it since store ownership can’t be changed without access to the current owner role. I’d recommend contacting them directly at https://help.shopify.com while logged into the account that still has access to the store. Let them know the situation — that ownership is stuck on an email that no longer has access, and you’re trying to regain control. They’ll usually ask for verification info (like original email, billing proof, etc.) before they can reset it.
