thank you I have no idea how to fix though. I’ve just copied and pasted from the after pay merchant instructions would I need to edit the code somewhere.

Yes go to shopify dashboard > online store > themes > edit code > open theme.liquid file and put your code which provided by “aftepay” after . Screenshot http://prntscr.com/1x2tt4i hope this will help you
