Have you tried reaching out to Afterpay support? Since this is an issue with the code they provided for the Afterpay messaging, they’re in the best position to investigate the code and rectify it. If you haven’t contacted them, I recommend doing so for a straightforward solution. You may find Afterpay’s help center on this page.
I had quick browse through your website and I have to say, I really love your branding! I get how this is a big hit with kids who want to start looking after their skin. Since you’re selling skincare, have you thought of offering subscriptions to your customers? As you know, skincare is a type of product that is used continuously, so skincare customers have the intent to repurchase products over and over again. Subscriptions make the order process more convenient for them as they only need to place an order once and to get products shipped to them periodically.
