We’re using Tidio Lyro AI chabot, but there are limitations. We’re looking to achieve 3 main things with AI Agents or Bots:

  1. Logged in user navigation tutorial (how to navigate our members area).
  2. Logged in user support (customer support / for products).
  3. Non-logged in user support (FAQ essentially) flows that help encourage non-logged in users (non customers) to sign up / register a customer account.

Curious for user support, what kind of support do you need? For orders, most of our existing customers (merchants) just need order status update for customers. And they want to handle their own order cancelation/return etc. Not sure if you need anything beyond that.
