I’d suggest Genlook ‘cos it’s very close to what you want. But if you need other apps has a variety, you can also look into: Envision and Snap My Style.
I’d suggestion you start with Genlook since it covers both translation and selfie features.
@DillyanaH I have used the Aura and it is really great.
@Flizymedia I also used Genlook but once I have uploaded the photo the new virtual image was not so good. But Aura supported the great virtual image. This image I got from Aura.
