Can anyone help me get into contact with a real person? I am trying to report an issue with an order from the Shop app and it couldn’t find the order number when I clearly have a confirmation email. When I tried contacting live service, they kept saying to pick a store. I just want to have the app find my order number from the email that was sent to me. Instead I get the ai chat box going on repeat instead of just connecting me to someone. This customer support ai is actually so terrible.
