We support merchants experimenting with ChatGPT Instant Checkout, Perplexity Buy with Pro, and other AI-assisted shopping channels. One pattern is becoming clear:
loyalty programs often don’t trigger when customers purchase through AI agents.
What we’re seeing:

To help address this, we recently launched a new app Stabile: ChatGPT Checkout Loyalty.
It focuses specifically on the AI-shopping use case:
What the app does:
1. Preserves loyalty earning on AI-initiated orders
The app detects orders initiated through ChatGPT / Perplexity and ensures loyalty rules are correctly applied.
2. Enables loyalty redemption during AI checkout
Using the Agentic Commerce Protocol (ACP), customers can redeem VIP discounts or points even when checking out through AI chat interfaces.
