AI support is HORRIBLE

Has anyone else tried to use support? Tried HUMAN Support?? Does anyone actually think that there is a human on the other end?

Do you mean sidekick conversations on Shopify Admin or Chat with human option in Help Center? Try asking for human support continuously to see if it works

Many retailers feel the same. There is support for humans, but it’s frequently limited and slow, especially for the users of free plans. A pragmatic option is to turn to theme documentation, Shopify Partner forums, and trusted apps, which all typically offer quicker, actionable remedies without the wait for official support responses.
