Honestly, the built-in Shopify Magic tool is pretty decent for product descriptions if you just need a baseline. I usually generate a draft with it and then tweak the tone so it doesn’t sound like a robot.
For emails, Klaviyo’s AI subject line generator is solid. Fwiw, I still use ChatGPT (or Claude) for the actual email body copy. I just feed it my past successful campaigns and tell it to mimic the style.
Don’t fully automate without a human review step though. I tried fully automating descriptions via API last year and ended up with some wild hallucinations on product specs.

- Check that every claim is supported by the product page, packaging, or supplier info.
- Keep one consistent template across similar products so the store feels coherent.
For engagement, I would test one product manually first before rewriting a whole catalog. If the rewritten version is clearer and easier to scan, then you can turn that structure into a repeatable template.
