Hi everyone! I’m exploring ways to automate parts of my Shopify store using AI. Has anyone tried using AI tools for generating product descriptions or email campaigns? Which tools or workflows gave the best results for engagement and sales?
Honestly, the built-in Shopify Magic tool is pretty decent for product descriptions if you just need a baseline. I usually generate a draft with it and then tweak the tone so it doesn’t sound like a robot.
For emails, Klaviyo’s AI subject line generator is solid. Fwiw, I still use ChatGPT (or Claude) for the actual email body copy. I just feed it my past successful campaigns and tell it to mimic the style.
Don’t fully automate without a human review step though. I tried fully automating descriptions via API last year and ended up with some wild hallucinations on product specs.
