I never experienced this before. The product images on the collection page or other sections are not clickable. The product titles are but not the images. This is so weird. Does anyone have an answer to this? I have been cracking my brain and just cannot get it.

Your product image have not url
I think you disabled this during the installation for the theme. It is also possible that the theme does not support this.
You can contact the theme provider. They will give you instructions or add code if necessary.
