Ali Dropshipping Shipping notification to Customers

I have an order that I’ve already fulfilled via Aliexpress. Now on my shopify store, I go to fulfill to enter tracking and send a notification to my customer, however there is no “Cainiao Global” in the shipping services.

So I searched a bit and there are options available to add tracking to your site separately which is fine.. I can do that. But how do you send a shipping notification to your customer?? It seems there’s no way to change the shipment email template thats available on shopify.

I might be missing something big here, but I cannot find a way to edit/customize the body of the email template! I’m on the Customize email templates page for Shipping Confimration but all I can do seems to be adding a logo?? I can EDIT CODE but not sure that’s what I should be doing going by your steps?
