Hello, I’m new starting out and have my shopify store and now linking to suppliers. I am using Ali Express as one of them, I have DSers link to Ali express and to my shopify store. Now if I want to sell a product from Ali, but don’t want to import it to DS to create the page 2026-06-03T04:00:00Z but copy the Ali product link to Page pilot to create my page and import that to Shopify and someone purchases that product, will it still be fulfilled through DS?

It will not be automatically fulfilled through DSers right away.

Why this happens: When you use PagePilot to create and import a product page directly to Shopify, Shopify treats it as a completely new, independent product. Because it didn’t go through DSers, the unique tracking IDs and connection between Shopify and AliExpress are missing. DSers will have no idea that this product exists, so the order won’t show up in your DSers dashboard when someone buys it.

How to fix this:

You can absolutely still use PagePilot to make your pages! You just need to manually link (map) the product in DSers after importing it to Shopify. Here is how to do it:

  1. Import to Shopify: Create your beautiful page on PagePilot and import it to your Shopify store as usual.

  2. Go to DSers: Open your DSers dashboard and navigate to Product > My Products.

  3. Find the Product: You will see the product imported by PagePilot listed there (or you can click “Import Shopify Products” to refresh the list).

  4. Mapping: Click on Mapping Page (or “Edit Mapping”) next to that product.

  5. Connect AliExpress Link: Paste the original AliExpress product URL into the mapping section, select the correct variants (colors, sizes, etc.), and save it.

    Once this mapping is done, DSers will successfully recognize the product. Whenever a customer places an order, it will automatically sync to DSers, and you can fulfill it with one click just like any other product.

It won’t work.DSers only fulfills orders for products that are imported as DSers and properly mapped to you Shopify store . If you add a product using PagePilot but don’t import it itno DSers , the order will not be auto filled through DSers
you would need to fulfill it manually or import and link it is DSers first.
