Align Quantity Selector and Add To Cart on Dawn Theme Product List Pages

I recently received help adding a Quantity Selector to my Product Pages,
When changing the format of the page and the
Quantity Selector and the Add To Cart Buttons are no longer aligned.

I would appreciate any help with the aligning the buttons (as shown in the images below)
and where to place it in the Dawn Theme.
