- I have a customer who paid by Alipay. It says the transaction went through on Alipay and shopify. But it’s been more than a week and the funds are not in my bank account despite it saying “successful” on alipay and shopify. I contacted alipay and they’re useless, acting as if the problem isn’t them. I contacted shopify and they told me to post on here. Anyone have similar issues of funds disappearing or not going through? I am calling my bank next.
