All Button Links point to wrong page- stuck in a loop

I need some help with the links.

Everything was working well. All my Button Links pointed to their own collection page.

Then all of them stopped, and now they are pointing the Collection List instead of the selected Collection. I can’t access my products anymore.

I am not sure what happened and how I can fix problem, even though they are pointing in the right direction.

And the result I get:

They all loop back to the same page with a different URL - the URL that should be the individual collection.

Any suggestions would be appreciated!

Hi, @slang231 . I’m happy to look into this with you! I just have a few questions to make sure I’m fully understanding and give you helpful advice going forward.

  • Can you tell me more about how you want customers to navigate through your shop and the steps you’ve taken to set this up so far?
  • When you say “All Button Links Point To Wrong Page” do you mean that every single button on your store goes to the same incorrect page or that this one “View all” button shown in your screenshot goes to the wrong page?
  • Which section are you currently editing in the screenshot you shared? Are you using a Collection List section?
  • Which theme are you currently using?

Once I have more information I can suggest more. That being said, if you are speaking about the ‘View all’ button in a ‘Collection list’ section it is expected behaviour for that to direct to a page displaying all of your collections. This is because the ‘Collection list’ section is meant to feature collections that you want to highlight, rather than specific products in a collection. To see the specific products in a collection using a ‘Collection list’ section your customer would want to click on the collection they want to view, rather than using the ‘View all’ button.
