Suddenly my entire menu has gone blank and none of the collections is showing available , everything seems to be unavialable on all channels and apps.
Hi, @JEJURI1 ,
I understand that your navigation menu on your storefront is blank and none of the collections you’ve created are available on sales channels and apps. I know this is not ideal but rest assured I’ll share some helpful steps and resources to help resolve this.
To get a bit more insight here, were there any recent changes made to your theme, store settings or any other areas of your store?
Could you try navigating to your Products > Collection section. Once in Collections, try clicking into each collection, select Manage next to your Collection Availability and ensure the sales channels and apps are selected. Is there a green dot displayed next to each sales channel and app within the collection availability?
Once you’ve ensured that your collections are set to available for both sales channels and apps, please try following the troubleshooting steps below:
- Clear your cookies and cache on your browser. After this, completely reboot the browser.
- Try a different web browser, as well as incognito window or private window to rule out any browser issues.
- When using incognito, if you are still experiencing a display issue, confirm you have disabled browser extensions as these can change how the pages look.
- Try another device, like another computer or mobile phone.
Another option is to preview your store in a fresh Shopify theme to see if your navigation menu and collections become available. I’ll share a help resource here on adding, previewing and buying themes that will walk you through the process.
Right now all the collections are available under Menu on homescreen after reporting issue to shopify.
But at the backend in shopify admin still it shows unavailable on all 20 channels . Unable to understand this logic.pls help understand.
Thank you for advising that the collections are displaying under your navigation menu on the storefront.
Since you’ve mentioned that the issue is still occurring within your Shopify admin, I would recommend reaching out to our Live Support Team. Our Live Support team will be able to authenticate your account, provide account specific information and try to replicate the error you’re experiencing. Our Live Support can be contacted through chat, email or scheduling a callback for phone support. If you’ve already contacted our Support team, I would advise checking your email inbox, spam, junk folder etc for correspondence with our team and reply directly to that ticket.
