All collections directing me to the same page??????????

If I click any collection, whether it be a collection on my homepage or via the drop down menu, it continuedly directs me to a certain collection list. No matter which collection I select it directs me to this collection list. Then it sends me in a never ending loop??? I have been trying for hours and am not coming right…

Guessing you got this fixed, otherwise you would be reposting since this would drive anyone nuts. If anyone else has this issue, I would suggest opening the collection in shopify admin, then looking at the bottom under search ending listing, and then looking at the URL handle. Maybe they got copied/duplicated - they should not be all identical. If that isn’t the problem, then my guess would be that someone has been editing the theme code and made a mistake. You can tell where it is sending you though by hovering over the collection image before you click it, and if it shows you the wrong URL it is a good clue.

we are facing the same issue on our site too (www.nonasties.in).
the website seems to get “stuck” on the same collection which is then shown repeatedly, even when i click on another nav link. the url changes, the new collection shows briefly, and flickers off to the old stuck collection. the few times we’ve seen this behaviour (across 2 of our internal team members), it’s stuck on different collections too in each session.

however, it’s sporadic, and i can’t reproduce it easily. but it has happened at least 4 times so far for our internal team (no idea how many customers have faced this!).

works fine in incognito mode though, so maybe a caching issue or an app issue?

facing the same issue, but only sporadically. the urls are correct and changing, just the displayed collection is not.
