You can limit shipping to specific countries through Shopify Markets. Based on your screenshots, it appears that you have already disabled the market for all international destinations, except for the local market—Pakistan.
If the international market was active previously and you recently made these changes, it’s possible that your checkout page is cached. Please try refreshing the page or logging out and back in to cross-check.
