All my sort feature is broken and customer service now sucks the worst

I am on with Shopify help and the chat is clueless, just keeps dragging on question after question, will not transfer me to a manager.

My store sort feature is not working on my website live, it’s all altered wrong, anywhere from old to new even though the sort is set to new

Anyone else having this experience?

Worst poor customer service I ever had with Shopify.

I am heartbroken and frustrated.

Thank you for sharing your experience here. It sounds like you did not receive the support you required from our live chat, and I am sorry to hear that.

At this moment I can confirm that our developers are investigating an issue where collections are not being sorted/ordered properly on the storefront. I don’t have an ETA for the resolution of this issue, but I can confirm we are actively working on it.

I recommend replying back to your support ticket with any feedback you have about the service you received. Our support interactions are regularly reviewed for quality.
