I don’t currently have an active Shopify store. My issue is as a consumer. I have tried to place orders on multiple Shopify stores and all of my payment methods are being declined. It doesn’t matter if I use credit card, debit card, Venmo, PayPal, Apple Pay, etc. every single order I try to place is being immediately canceled. All the merchants can tell me is that my orders are “high risk fraud” even orders for $35. I’ve never had this issue, ever. It just all the sudden started happening. I even tried deleting my shop pay account. My orders are still being canceled. I called the bank and they told me the issue is not on their end, they can see the merchant has canceled it not the bank. I’m so confused and this is such a huge inconvenience for me. I can’t understand why this is happening. I need someone to help me fix this as this greatly affects my own business when trying to purchase from other businesses online.
