Hi guys,
We’ve translated our whole store with Hextom’s Translate My Store and then accidentely changed the default language of our store. ALL our translations (400.000 words) are now gone and Hextom says they don’t store the data and Shopify says they don’t either.
I kinda cannot believe that with 1 wrong click, 6 months of work is completely gone. The data must be somewhere right?
Is there anyone who has experienced the same or knows of a solution or something we can do to fix this?
