Allow Filtering on Featured Collection Front Page Dawn Theme

I need to allow filtering on a featured collection on the home Page. Using the Dawn theme.

Filtering on collection pages is fine, but how do allow filtering of a featured collection on the home page?

Can someone suggest some code, or is there an App perhaps?

This is not possible, filter only works at collection or search page, you can’t add it at home page.
