I’m looking to offer in-store pickup as a fulfillment option—but only for certain products in inventory.
Right now, it seems like the in-store pickup setting applies to all products available at a given location.
Does anyone know of a built-in way to manage this within Shopify? Or are there any app recommendations or workarounds that would allow more granular control over which products are eligible for in-store pickup?

thank you for your response, I have tried to do the manual work around with 0 success, I will look into the apps recommended. I am still open to additional feedback and or apps to continue to improve our customers experience.
